I haven't done this in years and I totally forgot how pretty they are!
First you need a clear glass of any shape or size.
Put a thick coat of mod podge on one side of the glass.
Layer small squares of tissue in the color you desire.
Slightly overlap the squares.
Put another coat of mod podge over top until all the tissue looks wet.
Keep going all around your glass.
I used 3 different colors on each one.
Put a ta light in them and they are stunning!
