This Is How I Cook: Homemade Salsa

Hiya!
This is a really quick and easy salsa I whip up all the time.
I made it for my Margarita Party and all the ladies were raving about it
...so I thought...
clearly I should share it with my blog buddies :)

WHAT YOU NEED:

- 2 large tomato
- 6 -8 sweet cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 purple onion
- 1 green onion
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- Salt & Pepper
- Onion powder
- Food Processor or Blender

FIRST: Wash all you vegetables.

SECOND: Cube your large tomatoes, purple onion and green onion and throw into your food processor. Add your cherry tomatoes, spices and cilantro at the same time.

THIRD: Blend until it's the consistency you want. I like mine to be completely mashed together so it looks like chunky soup. :)

Ta da!
Salsa!
Ole!
Add taco chips and serve!
**I've also used this same recipe for Bruchetta and melted cheese on top! mmm...

Cheers,
Messy

That looks fantastic! I love making homemade salsa, it's so easy and tastes much better than store bought.
