This one is a little time consuming, but I love the way it turned out!!!
First paint your canvas black or white (which ever you prefer)
Once dry, tape off your canvas to make stripes.
Paint the available spots the opposite color (black or white)
Take a pale colored pencil crayon and draw a heart lightly onto your canvas for a guide.
Take small tissue circles in two shades of pink and wrap on the bottom of a pencil.
Dip flat end in mod podge and stick inside your heart guide.
Continue with many many tissue squares until your whole heart is filled in.
So cute eh???
