DIY ~ Knotted Bracelet

DON'T FORGET ABOUT MY BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY ON THIS WEEK!

This is quite possibly the easiest DIY you'll ever do.
I had this scrap suede fabric left over, but you could do it with felt, cord, leather, etc!

YOU WILL NEED:
piece of scrap fabric
measuring tape
scissors

First cut an eyeball or leaf shape that is 3 times the width of your wrist.
Make sure it is at least 4.5 inches wide.

Once cut, fold your piece in half.

Now tie it around your wrist.
Left over right and under, then right over left and under.

So awesome right?

DIY ~ Magazine Coasters

DON'T FORGET ABOUT MY BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY ON THIS WEEK!
CLICK HERE TO ENTER VIA RAFFLECOPTER

I got this fab tutorial from the How About Orange blog and loved it!!!

YOU WILL NEED:
magazines
scissors
hot glue gun

First cut out 6 pages from your magazine with colors you like.

Cut each page in half.
Fold each half in half long ways.

Once in half, fold each end in so you have a long flat tube.

Then fold those in half so you have a shorter piece with on folded edge in the center.
Hook those two together and start weaving.
Keep adding parts like that weaving in and out.

Tuck your ends in and glue it shut.

It is very tricky to keep them all even and tight, but if you can get it they turn out super cool!

DIY ~ Knitters Earrings

Even though I'm not a knitter, I have seen some of these earrings in Etsy stores and had to try and make them!

WHAT YOU NEED:
yarn
sewing pins with metal ends
hot glue gun
earring hooks
pliers

First tie a thick knot in the end of your yarn.
Wrap a small ball until it is as big as you want it.

Using your hot glue gun, stick the end down so your ball wont unravel.

Stick your pins in so they are crossed and clip the ends with your pliers so they don't poke you!

Now hook your earring hook into the yarn and dab with a spot of glue.

Aren't they adorbs???

Here's Liz doin' the model thing...
