Miss Travel McTravelson ~ Vegas Baby!!!
Many moons ago my BFF and I took a little trip down to Las Vegas, Navada
:)
Still one of the highlights of my life. LOL
We spent one day touring around and looking in all the hotels and shops.
There was this awesome chocolate fountain in a window display and this beautiful indoor garden!!
One day was spent at Wet Republic and the last day was spent recovering from Wet Republic.
Baaaahahahahahaha.
I'm not even joking.
Of course there were a couple "Ladies Nights Out"...but what happens in Vegas...stays in Vegas! LOL JK!!!! :)
We had to stand by a slot machine and take a photo cause we didn't gamble the whole time we were there. LOL
Isn't my BFF stunning???
Love this girl.
Thanks for the memories Lovey!

These jeans were so old..

This is How I Cook ~ Apple Pie
I have been going on and on and on about my apple pie lately.
I have actually made and consumed two pie s in the last week.
I know....crazy.
This is how I make MY version of apple pie. :)
WHAT YOU NEED:
~ 1/2 cup flour
~ 6 -7 cups thinly sliced Granny Smith apples
~ 3/4 cup white sugar
~ 3/4 cup brown sugar
~ 1 tsp. cinnamon
~ 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
STEP 1: Peel and cut approx. 7 cups of Granny Smith apples. I like mine to be cut very thin so it's puffier. :)
STEP 2: In a bowl put all your apples and all your dry ingredients together - mix well.
STEP 3: Roll out your Pillsbury Pie Crust ($4.99) and put the bottom half in your pie plate.
STEP 4: Pour your apple mixture into the pie crust.
STEP 5: Take the top piece of the pie crust and lay it on top as a cover. Use a fork to close edges.
STEP 6: Poke holes and make small slits to allow breathing and oozing room.
STEP 7: Wrap your edges in tin foil and place n the over at 375F for 25 minutes.
STEP 8: After the first 25 minutes, remove the tin foil and cook for another 40 minutes.
Ta da!
Delish!

Miss. Travel McTravelson ~ The Big Apple
Baaaaahahahahahaha!!
GOTCHA!!!
You thought I was gonna talk about NYC didn't you?
Nope...this is better! LOL
My friend J, her daughter Bird and I went to The Big Apple in Colburn, Ontario.
I have seen it a few time while passing through, but this time we had to make a trip out of it :)
We took tonnes of fun photos and ate not so yummy apple pie (mine's better- clearly!)
You could even go inside that HUGE apple!
So exciting.
They have mini putt and bumper cars too.
Plus an awesome gift shop we spent some serious time in!
There was probably 50 types of apple pie and crumble to choose from!
Cookies, bread, squares and MORE!!!
Yumm...yum...yum...
So go check out the big Apple...
it's a must see for sure!!!
