I have seen these all over the place, and since I am trying to get rid of all my scraps, it's the perfect project!!
First cut to even strips of fabric, 4 inches x 20 inches.
I used a Jersey/Cotton mix.
Fold and iron each strip in half with the right sides facing each other.
Sew down the raw edge side only.
Make sure you don't sew the ends or you wont be able to right side it in.
Reverse your now tubes and iron so the seam is center back of each strip.
Cross each piece as shown,
then fold over.
The two pieces should be inter twined!
Sew all four open ends together.
Finished!
