DIY ~ Pleated Mini Skirt with Heart Detail

I saw this super cute skirt on Pinterest and knew I could do it.

Once I looked at the tutorial HERE from Simple Simon & Co., I was amazed at how easy it was!

 

 

I used scrap fabric I had and it had a small cut in the center.

I just put a super cute felt patch overtop and I LOVE IT!!!
